Theatre for Equity
Theatre for Equity (TFE) is a group that discusses the inequities present in the arts community. We work to recognize these issues while educating ourselves and members of our school.
TFE was started by a group of students who recognized the issues present in the arts communities that they were a part of. This group continues to be student driven and is sponsored by Ms. Ahlman.
Theatre For Equity is open to all Niles North students regardless of level of arts involvement or experience. In the past, this club has done:
Student-led discussions
Play readings
Virtual and in person field trips to see shows
Workshops
And now a community canvas page!
We are always looking for new members and we value opinions. We know that joining a new club or group can feel scary and we all remember what it felt like to be new in this space. Please keep in mind, this group is very much a community that everyone can enjoy.

Please ask questions that you may have in the survey and a student will be sure to reach out and respond. We are looking forward to welcoming Freshmen/new members for our 2021-2022 school year!!
